A) Photographs of the Karta  (2 copies)

B) Pan card copy of the  HUF 

C) Pan card copy of the Karta  

D) Address proof in the name  of the HUF

E) Address proof in the name  of the Karta

F) Bank Proof in the name of  HUF (Latest bank statement or bank passbook  copy accompanied with cancelled cheque of same bank account). 

G) HUF Declaration (signed by  the co-parcener with their name, DOB and relation with the Karta) (if co-parcener is minor then karta has to  sign for the minor – HUF stamp is not needed)

H) For Equity & Demat  Account issue a cheque of Rs. 600/- in the favor of 

M/S.GEPL CAPITAL PVT. LTD.

I) For Commodity Account issue a cheque of Rs. 100/- in the favor of 

M/S. GEPL COMMODITES PVT LTD.

J) All Documents Should be Self Attested (with HUF Stamp) by Client.
