2. Overseas  address proof ((Any two of Driving license ,Utility bill, Electricity bill,  Telephone bill – not older than 3 months)

3. Indian  address proof (if relatives address is given then below mentioned documents are  required of relative)

a) PAN  copy

b) Address  proof

c) NOC  letter for receiving correspondence.

4. Passport  ( first & last page of passport along with immigration stamp of recent  visit to India)

5. Valid  Visa or Permanent ID Card (in case of Indian Passport)

6. PIO  / OCI card (in case foreign passport) ;

7. Four latest photographs;

8. Documentation  charge of INR.  1500/- (favoring “GEPL  Capital Pvt. Ltd”);

9. One  time Demat account maintenance fee INR 1200/- (favoring “GEPL Capital Pvt.  Ltd”);

 

Following  documents are to be provided once Bank and Demat accounts are opened: (one copy  each)

 

1. PIS  permission letter;

2. Cancelled  cheque leaf of NRE/NRO Savings account;

3. Cancelled  cheque leaf of NRE/NRO PIS account;

4. DP  master copy;

 

Other  details required:

1. Contact  numbers Indian and Foreign;

2. Email  address;

3. Nomination  details: Name, Address and relation with applicant;( If nominee is a minor than  PAN & address proof of guardian required)

4. Occupation

5. Mothers  Name

6. Mother’s  Maiden Name

7. Maiden  Name (If any)

8. TIN/  SSN Number

9. Annual  Income (in INR)

 

Please note:

  1. All the above documents should be self attested in BLUE INK by clients.
  2. In case you have not met our GEPL representative, kindly get all the set of documents certified by Indian embassy.
  3. In case you wish to open joint holder demat or bank accounts, then self attested & notarized documents from point 1 to 7 have to be provided of joint holder. Also the joint holder needs to sign the bank and demat account opening forms accordingly.
